Timber Linn Park (between park & Linn County Fairgrounds)
COURSE: The 10K course is flat with one small hill. The 5K is a flat course. Both courses are loops and will use the bike lanes as paths. The kid’s race will be in the park and about a mile long. Walkers may join in on the 5K route. The run will be timed using Chronotrack chips.
FEE: $25 for the 10K and 5K run (before 8/20), $30 after 8/20 and may not include a festival shirt. Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for each category. Kids run will cost $10 and will not include a shirt. Day-of-race registrations will not get a shirt.
START TIMES: 10K at 9am, 5K at 9:15am and the kids run @ 10:30am.
PACKET PICK UP: August 24 and 25 at the festival information booth or day of at start site, between 8:00am and 8:45am.
AWARDS: Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place for each category
AGE CATEGORIES: 10yrs and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 yrs and over
RACE START will be at the northern most part of the park, on Timber Street right across the street from Linn County Fairgrounds. Parking in the Linn County Fairgrounds will be the closest.
